What to Do about Anti-Aging Skin Care before It’s Too Late:

I believe that aging is an extraordinary process, where you always tend to become the person that you should have been. It is definitely a wonderful beauty and we must have respect for it. We all know that we cannot stop growing old, but it’s always possible to keep our skin young and beautiful by taking very good care of it from beforehand. The term I will use here is ‘anti-aging’  which means to take care of our skin even before or start to age.

We all wish that our skin should look younger. Aging is responsible to change the way our skin looks and appearance as early as our 30th birthday or by our midlife, depending on our lifestyle and eating habits. One cannot control certain factors in life, like our health conditions that lead to sagging skin or our hereditary or genes that give us a particular bone structure. But there are also ample number of external factors about how our skin ages and the right anti-aging care can help reduce their damage.

The first and initial signs of aging are fine lines, brown marks and smile lines. But we must remember that it’s never too late to reduce what we see about our skin. So don’t be disheartened and here are some great yet simple tips to help you deal with anti-aging:

It’s very important to eat healthy in order to look healthy on the skin:

You must have heard many people advice you to use only skin-care products and techniques for your skin to look younger but younger skin starts with the right nutrition that help you from inside your body. Our skin is our body’s largest organ and so, maintaining healthy diet is the key go younger skin age. You must include green vegetables in your daily diet, also protein rich food, vitamin D. Also, eat plenty of omega-3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Intake natural sources, including olive oil, ground flaxseed and fish such as salmon. Remember to drink lots of water all day long. Atleast one litre of water a day should be. Include green tea too in your daily diet.

One must avoid alcohol to stay healthy, both inside and outside. Red wine does contain beneficial antioxidants, but it can also dilate blood vessels, which leads to skin inflammation.

Avoid eating any kind of processed and junk foods, sugars. They damage your skin cells.

Reduce skin exposure to harmful UV rays :

Any exposure to UV rays increases chances of your skin aging  faster. Sun damages elasticity of skin and causes loss of collagen, which translates to drooping, wrinkles, a lost jawline and pigments. It also causes roughens on skin texture. At the same time, simply staying out of the sun  isn’t fb e solution so you must use sunblock. Use a full tablespoon of sunscreen with a sun-protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 on your face, spread it on your neck and ears.

Also, try to wear UV-protective clothes. There are number of apparels available in the market, that help in maintaining skin.

Try to use a retinoid:

Retinoids help in reducing the aging process, they are vitamin-A derivative compounds that help to boost collagen production and cell turnover, as well as to unclog pores and stimulate blood vessels in the area. This in turn reduces oil and acne, smoothes skin to give you a brighter, healthier appearance.

Take the help of a dermatologist to use Retinoids.  Generally, starting a retinoid involves a gradual introduction of the product to avoid irritation. Mostly, people apply it just once a day. Apply it at night on a clean face because retinoids work best at night time. They’re also sensitive to sun and that’s why night is a good application time.

Use a moisturizer after using Retinoids.

Important note-retinoids aren’t recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Finally, if you use make up regularly, then remove all makeup and wash your face before you go to bed. Whole day, your skin is affected by chemicals in the air that break down collagen and causes damage. If you don’t clean your face, your exposure to these pollutants will continue to affect your skin even at night. So cleanse your face either with face wash or rose water. Then apply a retinoid and then a moisturizer before sleep.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money on expensive products. Follow these tips became everyone’s skin is unique. Lastly, my advice would be to use home remedies as much a a possible like fuller ‘s earth called multani mitti in hindi then besan, haldi (turmeric), milk and lime to make a paste and use it as scrubber or facial mask to remove dead skin. I’m sure, if you follow all these tips will help you make your skin glow and also live younger for long.
