I’ve been having stomach and intestinal issues for 8 months it all started after a bad reaction to an antibiotic for a bladder infection, I’ve been to a few doctors and in early may she said maybe I have celiac so since then I’ve tried to cut out gluten and was amazed at how many things have it. I also started to take a probiotic recently but man all the foods I loved I can’t eat not that I could stomach it anyways since this started but that to me is depressing.

@schwarzwindDarken You can get gluten free oats. I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal.

Yes! Thanks for putting out this video. Been reading about gluten intolerance for a few years & finally I realized I didn’t feel well eating wheat/gluten products. In June 29, 2009 I finally decided to give up gluten. It changed my life. I’m slowly losing weight (have hypothyroidism), no more IBS problems, better attitude, etc. Was officially diagnosed with gluten intolerance by my naturopath 4 months later. I think tons more people need to stop eating gluten. Thanks for all you do!

@schwarzwindDarken @schwarzwindDarken Try changing ratios of macronutrients (protein, fats, good carbs from fruits and vegetables). You should have tons of steady energy from eating those things
Regular beans like kidney, lima, pinto, etc are bad for us too, but green beans (don’t know which others, but they need to be vegetables) are good. I’ve been reading The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson, great info. You can read for free, search marksdailyapple.

Chokes generally cut off the viens, not arteries. If you took out the in surgery artery, you couldn’t close it off with a set of foreseps.

@waynebw i get bad heartburn if i have to much gluten. even if i have a grape nuts kinda cereal or rolled oats i get heartburn.i seem to be ok with “Bob’s Red Mill, whole grain steel cut oats” but i only eat it once in awhile.you can find it where you buy organic food or sometimes the bread making section at the store.

Very interesting hearing about that study – Thanks Sean! Does anybody know if Oats are okay, even if someone is a little Gluten Sensitive? I know Oats have some gluten, but I heard it’s much better than wheat.

The raw food diet is the best this guy uses a lot of fear tactics to sell his services….He teaches things that may seem new to you but he takes things out of context and uses fear to sell! you dont need anything from him learn about raw foods!

Baha! Nugget.
Great vid Sean, very interesting! But what surprises me the most is how virtually all breads on supermarket shelves have gluten. Does anyone know if Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s have good breads??
