Thank you so much. I’m bi-polar and highly sensitive. Just dealing with the highly sensitive part now as it was brought up to me in group. I’m going to a group at a drug/ alcohol rehab. because of my DUI and b/c I’m an alcoholic. And I’m grateful that this happened. The way that you put things makes me feel like your talking about me. And this was such a great thing to learn. Thank you so much! Peace, Mateo

@fosponomot It is a good thing in essence, but it’s been made as bad, you know, in this fucked up society. In the end it’s up to us what to do with it…

PEOPLE THAT ARE NON SENSITIVES DONT UNDERSTAND HSP AT ALL.They seem to be made really uncomfortable by hsp’s.

This is a good summary of how a sensitive person responds to the environment, and how one could be affected by depression, etc, without this understanding.

I am a HSP, and have been to Elaines website for the HSP book. The only problem is that I am not good at reading books, and prefer audio books. Unfortunately, this book is not available in audio format.

The oranges example. That is me at work. I look at details in order to work and sort my paperwork, more time searching information. Can be overwhelming, but at the end I feel satifsied and I can stay on top of my work. I think how my performance can affect positive or negative my Team, even when I know most of them don’t think like. But also I learned that when I shut down my PC at work, I do the same with my mind. What is done is done. What is not…Whatever..:-)

haven’t read this book but the term highly sensitive sounds like me. i deal with anxiety and depression all the time and feel overwhelmed by life’s situations that most people can easily deal with

I think I have found my TRIBE!!! I really find your videos very inspiring and healing, the examples you give are excellent. People always tell me I over analyze everything and look for too complex solutions…….video gave me alot to ponder.

You have the book I found in 1999 “The Highly Sensitive Person. I just finished telling about it on another video on the highly sensitive person” I think you would find that discover what kind of Empathic you are too. I just someone to learn to love themself. My power of awareness are strong, but I am learning to control the over stimulations now. Thank you for Elaine Aaron.

The world shouldn’t be the way it is…
When I was 5 years old I got so depressed due to problems of my parents [they are NOT hsp's] that I got sick. It turned out I have bacterial brain infection. It’s been quite a while since I realised I’m HSP, and that HSP’s a major reason why I was so prone to illnesses and stress. Hopefully [or maybe not] I’m still alive.
And I guess I’ll be as long as there are people like US. Thank You for being. For being who you Are.

I was born 23rd day of september.
When I put the comment, there were 23 comments.
When I assessed the video [5 *] there are now 23 scores.
Could I have been born, if I’ve never felt truly existing?
That’s how SaiYanSight SEES things.

I think my sensitivity is a bit different because I can often read a person when I meet them and know what kind of person they are. I often know when someone is lying to me and when something is wrong. Yet I like to keep all of this to myself, and Love being by myself and especially love learning new things I can spend weeks learning about something. Most of the time I stop and map out everything I need to do and can never work in clutter.

Hey, everytime when someone gets angry to me. I think the world is going to end. I always feel scared, and such a painfull feeling when somebody gets madd. My mom just got mad on me a few hours ago, and I locked my self up in the Shower. and i have social phobia so i can’t celebrate mother’s day. she wanted me to go too. I feel really bad. So anyway, I always had this problem. At skool I was sitting under the table when a teacher went mad. And I cried and cried.. and was ashamed of my action.
