i have few suggestion for people who wants to loss weight. first of all eat good and less then your tummy demand. never overload your stomach.
if you really eat too much and cannot eat less eat in portions secondly, eat your dinner at 7pm and then do not eat till morning. guys always chew your food and do not leave hard work for stomach USE YOUR TEETH. always do exercise and i think Dr. Tim Ramirez is a great trainer. follow these steps and you will lose weight. trust me

Oh my LORD! Really? How long did you do it in a day? I mean for 5 or 10 minutes? PLEASE TELL ME if not i will go crazyyyy! lol I am on a mission to loose the fat on my tummy. I have extra15 pounds (not that you should care, but still.

like the workouts, but annoyed when he does his voice things, trying to throw weird accent in. just talk normal. it makes him seem creepy. but i like the workouts, i can feel them after i do it
