@36987178631863 Well, that’s incorrect, beans are lb for lb better, but whatever. The astonishing fat and cholesterol content of animal fat, as well as the low levels of other nutrients means that you have to eat a vast quantity of them to get sufficient calories.
As a result you eat far too much fat.

lawl, this is bullshit. “DDT has been found on polar bears.” HAHAHAHA! And the best source of protien on the planet is animal flesh.

Oh she’s Dutch. WOW thanks to this guy’s research, I just found out the 3-4 basic foods for children.

Goji berries make me feel rather sick. I suspect I may have fructose malabsorption, and thus do not absorb l-tryptophan properly.
Raw cheese is a good source of Tryptophan. Steak tarare isn’t quite as high in it, but an okay raw source. I tolerate both very well. They make me feel strong and healthy.

superfoods sounds great, but are not an option for everyone, not everyone can afford them.
Gojii, Maca, Avocado, Nuts , Seeds, Green leafs and salads, Tompinambur, Hamp, Spirulina,
These does not grow everywhere, so transportation is also an issue.

that said, i love david wolfe and what he says is good to eat in terms of what his ‘diet is’ at the beginning. i dont have experience with some other stuff… goji berries made me high (feel awesome and healthy) the first time i ate them. and i do believe there is more ”life” in wild foods. they’re grown NATURALLY.

I think arguing about ‘what is right’ is pretty pointless. from my experience everyone needs something different, and different foods at different times. i think eating what makes you feel healthy!!!! is the way to go. really feeling your health, not just learning and trusting. FEEL IT.

Plant based like:
Gojii, Maca, Avocado, Nuts , Seeds, Green leafs and salads, Tompinambur, Hamp, Spirulina, etc…
are great foods.

Does that mean, we should consume grill?
Thought it is just for animals in sea.
Maybe I missunderstood something.

I get plenty of Tryptophan from Whey Protein.

MY friend Jenny courtney spent a week with dave and his cronies.. she is 19. she was shocked when they hit her up for 20,000 bucks to undergo “the program”.. then after she was flabergasted to see him down a tub of icecream, the cronies revealed that his fave food is LASAGNA !!! they also revealed that his product ORMIS (90 bucks per bottle) does nothing what-so-ever!!!! THESE ARE FACTS! eat well, love nature, love your brother, and boycott this cunt… like we have.

very late reply but your comment sorry to say is rather ignorant, you wouldn’t go out and swim and gather the foods nor become big as a whale, i mean u have to think a little. understand that you cant simply just eat your fruits and vegetables as alot of them are mineral deficient and lacking many things, even though they have a large array still. Superfoods have things in them that supplements dont have, and are in a form that the body readily accepts versus supplements

I 100% agree. Real, organic animal products are actually the most concentrated nutrition for other animals. Whether you think it’s moral or not is another discussion, but if you need liver nutrients, eat animal liver.

this is disgusting to hear. i don’t want to grow as big as a whale, why would i eat whale food?! it’s unnatural. i could never go out and swim in the ocean and gather all this phyotplankton.. it’s natural to eat fruit and veg.
you only need supplements/”superfoods” if your diet is lacking.
if that’s the case, change your diet and incorporate whole foods that are fresh and were available to our ancestors.
June 7th, 2010 at 17:13
Superfoods are all around you if you care to look for them. Superfoods is just a marketing term for extremely potent foods, and such foods can be found pretty much anywhere. I have loads of nettles growing around the house for example, great superfood.
But we are able to mix in a bunch of different foods from around the world now. Which may benefit your health even though it isn’t needed to survive.
Expensive? Not if you use them in sensible amounts.

lol so do 1000 health food stores and websites. He never pushes his products alone.
June 7th, 2010 at 18:02
Vegan is nothing. If you’re eating bread, beans, potato chips etc you’re poisening yourself. I’d say processed grain products are worse than meat. People were eating quality meat and not getting cancer. The cancer is mainly from all the processed corn and grain derivatives.

That’s insanely good advice that is badly badly needed.

I don’t think he sells parsley

people thrived and lived good lives without Superfoods, how can he expect this “out burst” of health to stem from Superfoods that people cant afford or access? Meat in excess cant be carcinogenic, but traditional cultures ate plenty of Anti cancer fats and fruits and veggies. only the aztecs ate spurlina regularly, i doubt swiss villagers ever ate pond scum.

So I noticed someone making a comment towards super foods being unavailable and expensive…….. First off, transportation should never hold you back from eating and living correctly. Super foods, as simple as true aloe vera, can be found almost anywhere there is a somewhat dry environment. Also, one 8 oz bag of cacao, which should last you at least one week (even if you eat it religiously), only cost seven dollars. Trust me, if you eat cacao, you will be more than excited to walk even ten miles to a health food store. Along your walk I promise you there are plenty of good fresh herbs and fruits for you to eat if you do a little research. I can literally go on for hours about how right David Wolfe is because I do it myself very cheaply and I am extremely healthy and well rounded from it, but I will stop here because if it is important or intriguing enough to you, you will figure it out………….. Meat and Dairy are just flat out retarded food choices…… just give them up and you will see.
